Outrage is growing in San Francisco today over a police raid of the home of a freelance journalist who refused to disclose the name of a source. It has to do with the sudden death in February of Jeff Adachi, an elected public defender known nationally for his work highlighting police misconduct and supporting criminal justice reform.
