"The high-stakes summit arrives at a moment of transition in
the West Wing, with new blood like Shine on its way in, while other senior
aides, like chief of staff John Kelly, are expected to be imminently on their
way out. The staffers who will fly Air Force One with the president on his way
to the summit includes people on both sides of that ever-revolving door,
according to a copy of the manifest obtained by POLITICO. The manifest
specifically lists those scheduled to join Trump for the July 16 summit, but
they are also expected to travel with the president for his other stops in
Europe.
