GREECE — MACEDONIA MUST CHANGE CONSTITUTION, SAYS OPPOSITION LEADER: If Macedonia wants Greece to accept a new name, allowing it to continue currently stalled negotiations to join the EU and NATO, it must change its constitution, according to Kyriakos Mitsotakis, the leader of Greece’s center-right New Democracy party. “This isn’t just about a name, it’s about irredentism, it’s about changing the school books,” he said. Mitsotakis has been careful to court the international investment community alongside stoking Macedonia fears, and part of his strategy is to corner Greece’s left-wing government ahead of an election expected later in 2018
